Policies and Guidelines
ARRIVAL
So we may accommodate your individual scheduling needs, we recommend that you book your spa appointments in advance. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first spa service to allow ample time to check-in, change and enjoy the spa facilities. Late arrivals may result in a modification of services in order to honor the next guest’s scheduled appointment. Lockers are provided for your personal belongings. Treatments require the removal of rings, watches, etc. We ask that you please leave these items at home. If you are a guest, we ask that you utilize the in-room safes. Cinzia Spa is not responsible for the loss of these items. For nail services we ask that you arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time. You will be escorted to The Meditation Lounge so you may sit and relax for a few minutes prior to your service.
WHEN BOOKING
All appointments require a credit card upon booking to hold your services. For group bookings, the individual making the appointment is accountable for all guests arriving promptly for their services or will be subject to our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We respect your time and appreciate your choice to spend it with Cinzia Spa. Booking a reservation is your acceptance of our cancellation policy. At the time of booking, you will be asked to secure your reservation with a credit card. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us advance notice. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that are made within 24 hours of a service, the guest will be charged in full. Groups of 4 or more must give 48 hours notice or the group will be charged in full.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
Please be reminded that outside Food & Beverage is not allowed in the Spa. If you would like to arrange for food & beverage to be available for your group, please contact us prior to your arrival.
PLEASE BE COURTEOUS
To preserve the Spa’s tranquil environment, we respectfully request that you silence all phones before entering. The Meditation Lounge is a quiet environment and we ask you to please be courteous to other spa guests. Cell phones are not permitted in the Meditation Lounge, Outdoor Garden Sanctuary and Outdoor Garden and Firepit. Our Outdoor areas are suitable for conversing in groups.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.
PREGNANCY
Massages and Body Treatments may be performed after the first trimester. Facial and Nail services may be performed anytime during pregnancy provided there are no other health conditions.
CELL PHONE POLICY
Our cell phone free atmosphere has been established to support you in having the most wonderful experience at Cinzia Spa possible – fully present and engaged with the magic of Cinzia and your activities here.
PROVIDER PREFERENCE
If you have a preference for male or female provider, please let us know when booking your appointment. If no request is made, you will be placed with the next available provider.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Give the gift of a Cinzia Spa experience! Gift certificates are available for any amount and can be used towards treatments and products in our spa boutique. Redeemed Gift Certificates are good for the amount paid for the Gift Certificate upon purchase.
PACKAGES
No substitutes are allowed for Packages. Gift Certificates purchased for packages are redeemable for the purchase price only.
SERVICE CHARGE
For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is added to the price of all treatments provided.
SMOKING POLICY
Cinzia Spa and Beach Fit Fitness Center are non-smoking facilities.

Our Signature Experience is an amazing way to sample what our spa has to offer while taking advantage of our amenities and perhaps experience one of our amazing WELL services. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests ages 13-17 can enjoy facials, waxing (not including bikini area), massages and nail services. Guests ages 12 and under may enjoy nail services and facials only and must be accompanied by an adult. Guests ages 13-15 must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room during the entire service. Guests ages 16-17 must have a parent or guardian on premise during the entire service and service must be performed by therapist of the same gender.
