In this crazy-busy world we live in, it’s easy to become overwhelmed and neglect our health. It’s understandable, however, it’s not the best way to live and is often a fast track to poor health. Hydration is Crucial

Glowing starts from the inside! Most adults don’t drink enough water to stay hydrated, but proper hydration is necessary for your body to function. It can be difficult to practice good sleep hygiene, but 7-9 hours of restful sleep is crucial for mental and physical health. We recommend limiting screens before bedtime, keeping your bedroom comfortable, and using a sleeping mask. We also love a relaxing skincare and shower routine as a nightly ritual to prepare your mind and body for sleep.

Move Mindfully

While it’s important to find stillness in everyday life, regular physical activity is also crucial- especially fun exercise. Early morning walks, yoga, swimming, surfing, golfing, and dancing all provide a physical way to keep your heart pumping and your head clear. Physical activity increases endorphins, so you’ll always feel good when you’re done with your 30 minutes of daily activity!
